What does the free plan include?
The free plan includes 2M events a month, realtime dashboards, funnels, alerts, and every SDK and integration - no credit card, no trial clock. It stays free for small projects.
How does paid pricing work?
Paid plans are flat and volume-based: you pick an event volume from 5M to 50M events a month and a retention window, and that is the price. No per-seat charges and no per-feature gates - every plan has every feature.
What counts as an event?
One event is one call to the ingest API: a player joining your server, a command run on your Discord bot, a request through one of the web middlewares. Batched sends still count each event individually. Feature flag evaluations are not billed as events.
What happens if I go over my plan?
Nothing breaks. Events keep flowing and TopStats tells you it is time to size the plan up; there are no surprise overage invoices.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Cancel anytime from settings - the plan runs to the end of the billing period. Paid plans carry a 14-day money-back guarantee, on top of your statutory consumer rights.
Do you charge for team members?
No. Paid workspaces can invite the whole team; pricing scales with events and retention only.
