This policy explains what information TopStats Analytics collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
When you create an account we store your email address and name. If you sign in with Discord, we also store your Discord user ID, username and avatar.
We store the workspaces, dashboards and settings you create.
We store the events you send to the service - the event names, timestamps and any properties you choose to include - so we can turn them into dashboards, funnels and alerts. You control what event data you send us.
Data is stored on managed infrastructure with access restricted to the people and systems that need it. We take reasonable technical measures to protect it from unauthorised access.
Payments are handled by Stripe. We retain your plan, its start and end dates and any cancellation reason, but we never see or store your full card details.
We use your data to operate, secure and improve the service. We will never sell your personal data to any third party.
Your data may only be transferred to a third party as part of a merger or acquisition, in which case you will be notified.
If you are in the EU or UK, you have rights under the GDPR: to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us.
