These terms govern your use of TopStats Analytics, the event-analytics service at analytics.topstats.gg.
By accessing or using TopStats Analytics you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the service.
We may modify or replace these terms at any time. Updates are posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
To use most features you must create an account, either with an email address and password or by signing in with Discord. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
We may suspend or terminate any account at our discretion, at any time, where we believe it is necessary to protect the service or its users, including for violations of these terms.
The TopStats name, logo and design are the property of TopStats and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.
The event data you send to the service remains yours. You grant us the rights needed to store, process and display it back to you as part of providing the service.
You may not interfere with or disrupt the service, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it for unlawful or fraudulent purposes. You are responsible for the data you send and must have the right to send it. Violations may result in immediate termination.
Paid plans come with a 14 day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TopStats and its suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland.
